We want you to feel confident about your purchase. Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your order.
Because Nicole Inspired products are digital and are made available electronically after purchase, all digital product sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Nicole Inspired offers digital products, including guides, workbooks, bundles, and other downloadable resources.
After successful payment, customers receive electronic access to the digital product they purchased.
Because digital products cannot be physically returned once access has been provided, we do not generally accept returns or cancellations after purchase.
2. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES
Except where required by applicable law, Nicole Inspired does not provide:
Refunds
Returns
Exchanges
Store credit
for digital products after purchase.
Please carefully review the product description, contents, format, and other information provided on the applicable product page before completing your purchase.
3. CHANGE OF MIND
Refunds will not be provided because a customer changes their mind, decides they no longer want the product, does not use the product, or determines after purchase that the product is not right for them.
Purchasing a digital product does not guarantee any particular personal outcome or result.
4. DUPLICATE OR INCORRECT CHARGES
If you believe you were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase or there is another billing error associated with your order, please contact us at info@nicoleinspired.com.
We will review legitimate billing issues and correct verified errors when appropriate.
5. DOWNLOAD OR ACCESS ISSUES
If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading a product you purchased, please contact us.
A technical difficulty accessing a purchased product does not automatically require a refund. We will first make reasonable efforts to help you receive or access the product you purchased.

6. UNAUTHORIZED SHARING
Purchasing a Nicole Inspired digital product grants you a limited license for your individual, personal use.
Purchases may not be copied, shared, forwarded, reproduced, resold, redistributed, uploaded for others to access, or otherwise distributed without prior written authorization from Nicole Inspired LLC.

7. EXCEPTIONS REQUIRED BY LAW
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
If applicable law requires a refund or other remedy in a particular circumstance, Nicole Inspired will comply with that requirement.
